The Department of Energy, Environment and Climate Action (DEECA) is seeking tenders for the provision of Grounds Maintenance Services across its regional and metropolitan Victorian property portfolio. Properties are grouped into geographical clusters for management and service delivery purposes. The scope encompasses proactive management, maintenance, stewardship, presentation, and enhancement of DEECA-managed sites beyond routine lawn mowing. Stated requirements
- Deliver proactive management, maintenance, stewardship, presentation, and continuous improvement of DEECA-managed properties
- Identify, manage, and minimise risks associated with service delivery, particularly regarding safety, environmental sustainability, and operational continuity
- Utilise service delivery methodologies, materials, and practices that minimise environmental impacts and reduce disruption to day-to-day operations
- Complete and return all templates and forms contained in Part D – Offer (Response Schedule)
