The Department of Energy, Environment & Climate Action (DEECA) is inviting responses to Request for Tender T2026-0813 (PRA 813) for Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) maintenance services. The contract covers maintenance for commercial and domestic systems situated within the DEECA property portfolio, predominantly across regional Victoria. Service delivery spans regional assets located in Gippsland, Barwon South West, Grampians, Loddon Mallee, Hume, and Port Phillip. Maintenance services must strictly align with manufacturer recommendations and comply with all relevant Commonwealth, State, and Local Government codes, standards, and regulations. Stated requirements
- Provide heating, ventilation and air conditioning maintenance services for commercial and domestic systems within the DEECA property portfolio predominately located in regional Victoria.
- Perform maintenance services in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations and in compliance with any applicable code, standard, act, legislation, or regulation under Commonwealth, State, and relevant Local Government bodies.
- Demonstrate a commitment and ability to work collaboratively with DEECA over the contractual period to continuously seek improvements in value, efficiency, and productivity.
- Work with DEECA to identify ongoing opportunities for improvement in service quality and service levels.
- Capable of providing all of the Goods and/or Services and complying in full with the conditions set out in the RFT.
