It is not finished and we are not naming a date. This page exists so you can see what already works, what does not exist yet, and tell us which part you need first — the answers change what gets built.

What works today

Every one of these is live now and free to try. Bidline is the workspace that will join them up; the checks themselves already run.

What does not exist yet

Listed plainly, because a waitlist that is vague about what it is for wastes your time and ours.

  • A bid workspace: one place per tender that holds the pack, the requirement matrix, the evidence and the drafts, shared with your team.
  • A requirement matrix built for you from the pack, with each row carrying its page, ready to edit rather than ready to type.
  • An evidence library that remembers your insurances, certifications, licences, referees and past projects, and tells you which ones expire before a tender closes.
  • Drafted responses mapped to the published evaluation criteria and grounded in evidence you actually hold.
  • A submission pack assembled from approved content, with a lodgement checklist.

One thing Bidline will not do, ever: tell you that a response complies. Whether a submission satisfies a criterion is decided by the buyer's evaluation panel. What can be checked mechanically — does this document carry tampering signals, what dates does it carry, is every required document type present, does a claim match the source it cites — is what we build.
