The Department of Transport and Planning (DTP) is inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) to deliver statewide pavement condition data survey services across Victoria’s arterial road network. The procurement aims to establish a strategic service arrangement for collecting, processing, validating, hosting, and delivering network-level pavement condition information. The required data includes pavement roughness, rutting, cracking, texture, deflection, GPS, road and geometry data, 360-degree digital imagery, and Lidar. The successful supplier or suppliers will carry out two statewide survey programs covering the full network every two years over a four-year contract term.
