The Suburban Land Agency (SLA), on behalf of the ACT Government, is seeking suitable qualified and experienced contractors to undertake the civil and landscape construction works for Whitlam Stage 4B, comprising Stages 4B1 and 4B2.
Stage 4B includes 61 single residential blocks and one multi-unit block in Stage 4B1, and 77 single residential blocks and one multi-unit block in Stage 4B2.
The works include the delivery of roads, earthworks, stormwater drainage, sewer, water and associated civil infrastructure in accordance with the Contract Documents, approved designs and relevant ACT Government standards.
