- Officer Brunt Rd Specialist School, Officer: One transport service (bus or other vehicle type) with seating capacity between 18-34 seats, including options for two wheelchair travellers (where needed).
- Horsham Specialist School: One transport service (bus or other vehicle type) with seating capacity between 12-24 seats, including options for two wheelchair travellers (where needed).
- Ngurraga School, Point Cook: One transport service with seating capacity between 18-34 seats, including options for two wheelchair travellers (where needed).
- Vehicles must run on school days only (morning and afternoon services) for Terms 1, 2, 3 and 4 of the Victorian school year, excluding gazetted public holidays, pupil free days, and weekends.
- Supplier must be prepared to engage in communications with the school prior to January 2027 for planning purposes.
