Tender Details Tamworth Regional Council (“Council”) operates a range of venues throughout Tamworth including the Tamworth Regional Entertainment & Conference Centre (“TRECC”). This Tender seeks catering operators (“Contractors”) to express interest as to the operation of food services at TRECC at functions only. Functions at TRECC are typically at arm’s length to Council operations. Those catering operators who submit to this tender, if found to be appropriate for such service, will appear on a list of preferred operators for selection by a third-party client who may hire TRECC for their own purposes.
