The scheme procures a competitive pool of prequalified service providers to undertake statutory appointment functions for NSW Fair Trading. It covers accounts examiners, managers, receivers, administrators and inquirers under legislation including the Property, Stock and Business Agents Act 2002, Conveyancers Licensing Act 2003, Motor Dealers and Repairers Act 2013, Residential (Land Lease) Communities Act 2013 and Retirement Villages Act 1999.
