Homes Victoria and the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing are seeking suppliers for Residential Tenancies Act (RTA) safety checks and property inspection reports. The service relates to the Principal’s public housing and specialist accommodation properties across Victoria; the Principal is described as a rental provider of about 65,000 properties. The work is divided into 22 contract areas across four DFFH divisions: North, East, South and West. Suppliers must propose for at least one division and be able to service every contract area within each division they select.   • A supplier currently contracted to Homes Victoria to provide Property Maintenance Services cannot submit a proposal for RTA Safety Checks in the same DFFH division.
