Provision of Utilities Billing Services for Lot 1, 10 Adelaide Terrace East Perth

The Contractor will be responsible for the implementation, operation and ongoing management of utility billing and revenue collection services for residents and the commercial tenant at Lot 1, 10 Adelaide Terrace, East Perth (the Property).

This Request for Tender (RFT) seeks detailed and commercially robust proposals for the provision of utility billing services covering electricity, gas and water consumption. The service will support a mixed-use development comprising 211 residential dwellings, office accommodation, communal areas and a ground-floor food and beverage tenancy, expected to commence operations in late 2026.
