The Department of Transport and Planning (DTP), through Land Services Victoria (LSV), is inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) for Network Real-Time Kinematic (RTK) positioning software and associated services. The procurement supports Victoria’s GPSnet, a state-wide Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) Continuously Operating Reference Station (CORS) network used across surveying, construction, agriculture, transport, and navigation. The scope includes GNSS correction generation and distribution, multi-constellation and multi-frequency GNSS processing, NTRIP caster functionality, GNSS data management, RINEX data services, system administration, monitoring, implementation, migration, training, and ongoing technical support.
