Parks Victoria is issuing a Request for Quotation to secure building trades and construction services for the refurbishment and maintenance of the Mount Buffalo Chalet first-floor kitchen as part of the site's reactivation. The primary objective is to complete works required to establish a compliant room shell enabling subsequent kitchen installation. Additional exterior maintenance works, such as recladding and painting timber weatherboards, will also be progressively undertaken. Services will be delivered under the direction of Parks Victoria for the remainder of the 2026/27 financial year. - Provide building trades and construction services for the first-floor kitchen refurbishment and maintenance works under the direction of Parks Victoria
- Perform works required to make the first-floor kitchen a compliant room shell to enable kitchen installation including rangehoods
- Support exterior maintenance works on the Chalet building, including recladding and painting timber weather boards
- Supply services across identified trade scopes including carpentry (20%), electrical systems (15%), nonresidential building construction (15%), plumbing maintenance/repair (15%), commercial painting (10%), concrete installation and repair (5%), floor laying (5%), and HVAC construction/maintenance (5%)
