Description
WA Primary Health Alliance is seeking to commission an experienced provider to establish and operate a new Medicare Mental Health Centre supporting the community of Kalamunda and surrounding suburbs. The centre will provide a highly visible, accessible, community-based mental health service for adults experiencing mental health distress, crisis, suicidal crisis, or moderate to severe mental health needs, aligned with the National Service Model and complementing existing local services.
