Tender Details Sunshine Coast Council is seeking a suitably qualified Principal Contractor to construct a section of coastal pathway along the Esplanade Headland, Kings Beach. The section of pathway stretches approximately 200 linear metres and comprises of a concrete pathway, retaining walls and car park works. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to:

• Concrete pathway construction;

• Drainage construction;

• Landscape works (hardscape, furniture installation and planting);

• Lighting and electrical work;

• Installation of memorial plaques;

• Traffic and pedestrian management;

• Site management including environmental, WH&S, Sub-contractor management; and

• Maintenance and defects liability period

The successful contractor will be required to supply all materials, plant, equipment, and labour necessary to undertake and complete all activities associated with the scope of works under this Contract. This i...
