Tender Details Mount Alexander Shire Council ("Council") is seeking an experienced contractor to provide short-term management services to assist the operation of the Maldon Caravan Park in Maldon, Victoria. The initial contract term will be five (5) months, commencing 1 February 2027, with a possible three (3) x six (6) month extensions, totalling a possible maximum Contract Term of two (s) years. Maldon Caravan Park ("the Caravan Park") is situated at 11 Hospital Street, Maldon, within walking distance of the town precinct.

SITE VISIT (Non-mandatory) Tenderers may attend a site visit to familiarise themselves with the site.
