a. delivery and issuance of PSP40416 Certificate IV in Government Investigations nationally
b. delivery and issuance of PSP50416 Diploma of Government Investigations nationally

The Fair Work Ombudsman (FWO) is seeking to engage a suitably qualified supplier to deliver a range of Vocational and Education Training (VET) services. The scope of procurement includes the national delivery and issuance of PSP40416 Certificate IV in Government Investigations. It also includes the national delivery and issuance of PSP50416 Diploma of Government Investigations. Delivery of services applies across all Australian states and territories including ACT, NSW, VIC, SA, WA, QLD, NT, and TAS. Eligibility
- Must be a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) as approved by the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA)
- Must have the status of 'current' in the national register of vocational education and training (VET) at training.gov.au
- Must have the Certificate IV in Government Investigations (PSP40416) in Scope of Registration to the extent of 'deliver and assess' nationally
- Must have the Diploma of Government Investigations (PSP50416) in Scope of Registration to the extent of 'deliver and assess' nationally
