Adelaide PHN is seeking expressions of interest from general practices across metropolitan Adelaide to participate in the next phase of the Family, Domestic and Sexual Violence (FDSV) Pilot. Participating practices can receive FDSV training and education, practice-level implementation support, access to Local Link services through Relationships Australia SA, referral pathways to specialist services, resources and consultation, and incentive funding of up to $10,000 (ex GST).
