Tender Details The Queensland Building and Construction Commission (QBCC) established the Engineering and Trade Consulting Services Panel under procurement QBCC2026132 to support the Building and Technical Inspectorate's statutory inspection, investigation and regulatory functions. During evaluation of the original procurement, specific service categories and geographic regions were identified where supplier coverage was insufficient to support operational requirements. This Invitation to Offer is a targeted shortfall process designed to address those identified coverage gaps. Appointments arising from this process will be incorporated into the existing Engineering and Trade Consulting Services Standing Offer Arrangement and governed by the existing Standing Offer Arrangement terms and conditions. This process does not establish a new panel arrangement, alter the approved scope, or extend the term of the existing Standing Offer Arrangement.
