East Coast Rock Lobster Translocation Program Services Panel (2026–27)

Summary of the published description

NRE Tas is seeking to establish a panel of commercial operators (a Services Panel) to undertake the East Coast Rock Lobster Translocation Program for the 2026-27 season. The program involves moving undersize rock lobster from selected sites in the south west of Tasmania to inshore selected release sites across the south east, mid east, and north east coast zones to improve stock. Appointed panel members will be eligible to apply for contracts to undertake all or part of the program.
