Stated requirements
- Design of the reinforced concrete sewage pump station wet well and valve pit structures
- Construct a 4.5 m-diameter, 10 m-deep reinforced concrete wet well incorporating a duplex pump system (1 duty, 1 standby) with pump flow rates between 70–90 L/s
- Install four (4) new manholes, new GRP sewer mains, and new UPVC sewer mains designed to provide direct connectivity to the new SPS
- Extend the water service to the new wet well to ensure adequate operational supply
- Install security fencing around the SPS site to secure the premises
- Commission the new SPS
- Decommission and demolish the existing SPS
- Deliver work in complete accordance with Major Works Contract Schedules 1 to 23 and Schedule 5 Parts A through D (Preliminaries, Specification, Drawings, and Attachments)
