Tender Details As the Managing Contractor for Integrated Land Target System (ILTS) Program, ATS will be responsible for the procurement, delivery into service, inventory management, replenishment and sustainment (where applicable) Corrugated Target System Consumable products for the Department of Defence (Defence). The Integrated Land Target System (ILTS) Program defines a means by which Defence can improve, modernise and enhance land combatant training outcomes through contemporary and fit for purpose target systems and Consumables, managed and sustained under the Program. This Statement of Requirement (SOR) defines the requirement for the establishment of a Standing Offer for the supply of the Corrugated Target System Consumable products in support of Army training activities.
