Tender Details Works are required to be constructed external to the TAFE Pimlico redevelopment site at Townsville. The works comprise of the supply of all necessary labour, materials, plant, and equipment required to construct infrastructure external to the development site comprising of roadworks, stormwater drainage, and water reticulation. The TAFE redevelopment site is occupied by demolition contractor The Markwell Group, who are undertaking the demolition of Block F at the northern end of the site, removing building slabs and associated foundations, and the removal of all existing in-ground services within the TAFE redevelopment site. The External Works Contractor shall liaise with the Demolition Contractor to move the safety fence installed behind the existing kerb and channel to enable the road verge to the east west road to be constructed.
