Tender Details Council is seeking quotations from suitably qualified and experienced consultants to undertake two asset condition assessment work packages under one RFQ: (1) Parks and Open Space Asset Data Collection and Condition Assessment; and (2) Bridge Data Collection and Level 2 Condition Assessment. The services include field inspections, validation and collection of asset inventory data, condition and defect assessment, photographic records, remaining useful life assessment and the project-specific deliverables described in Part 2 and the respective Specifications. Respondents are required to review both Specifications and all information supplied with this RFQ and make their own assessment of the resources, access requirements, site conditions, safety requirements and methodology necessary to complete the Services.
