VP523085 Mullers Lagoon - Stage 1 Foothpath Construction

Tender Details : Whitsunday Regional Council (Principal) is seeking a suitably experienced, qualified and appropriately licensed Contractor to construct the first stage of the Mullers Lagoon Masterplan footpath network (Works) at Mullers Lagoon, The Soldiers Road, Bowen (Site). The Works comprise of the construction of the marked footpath alignment shown on the tender drawings (Appendix A), generally following the lagoon perimeter and island loop. The primary path is to be a 2.5 m wide cycle/pedestrian concrete path. Tenderers must verify the alignment, dimensions, levels, interfaces and quantities before pricing and construction. The two existing Fiber-Reinforced Polymer (FRP) bridges identified on the Appendix A are to remain. No work to the bridge structures or bridge decks is included, except for neat pathway tie-ins and making good immediately adjoining the bridge approaches where required.
