Description
Tender Details : Purpose: Replacement/Construction of Wyndham Street Bridge, Greta. Cessnock City Council (CCC) is proposing to engage an experienced contractor for Construction only Contract to carry out the replacement / construction of Wyndham Street Bridge, Greta within the Cessnock LGA. The primary objective of this project is to replace the existing timber bridge with a modern structure while maintaining its local heritage perspective due to its location in Greta Conservation Area. Any person/company willing to fulfil the requirements of the proposed contract are invited to submit a tender to the Council by the deadline, 2.00 pm on Tuesday 29 September, 2026 by one of the methods detailed in the Conditions of Tendering. A tenderer must not submit a tender without a firm intention to proceed. Responsibility for lodgement of completed tender documents by the deadline lies solely with the Tenderer.
