Barwon Health invites tenders for the provision of Supported Accommodation - Step Down Post Hospitalisation in Victoria. The Request for Tender seeks to establish a collaborative solution with a preferred provider. The procurement aims to optimise value and minimise costs for what is currently a considerable operating expense for Barwon Health. The selected provider will be expected to deliver an overall service level equal or superior to what is presently experienced.

Stated requirements

• Provision of Supported Accommodation - Step Down Post Hospitalisation services (BH_2025-1008)
• Achieve a level of overall service equal or superior to that presently experienced
• Optimise the value derived from Barwon Health's Step Down Post Hospitalisation expenditures with a focus on cost minimisation
• Service scope covers Personal care services (40%), Healthcare provider support persons (30%), and Personal care services in specialized institutions (30%)

• Registration for a HealthShare Victoria (HSV) website account (approved by HSV) is required before responding
• Must have access via an account Superuser on the HSV Procurement Portal to view and respond to the RFx
