The Sydney Harbour Federation Trust is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) for a HAZMAT Register Review and Associated Services in Sydney, NSW. Eligibility

• The Respondent is a legal entity at the Closing Time
• For Trusts only: attach a copy of any relevant trust deed(s) and / or documents authorising the Authorised Contact to represent and legally bind the Respondent
• Acceptance of the EOI Conditions (Part B)
• Agreement (and requiring subcontractors to agree) to abide by the Harbour Trust Supplier Code of Conduct
• Declaration of any actual, perceived or potential conflict of interest to the Harbour Trust
• Declaration by the organisation and its directors of any judicial decision against them relating to employee entitlements or workplace health and safety taken in the last 3-years
• Declaration by the organisation and its directors of any finding of dishonest, unethical or unsafe practices taken in the last 3-years
• Agreement, if successful, to obtain and maintain the insurances as set out in the draft contract
