Stated requirements

• Execute general building refurbishment works to six (6) buildings comprising repainting, hazardous materials (HAZMAT) removal, replacement of floor finishes, replacement of roof sheeting and stormwater disposal systems, and electrical and hydraulic works.
• Submit a signed Disclaimer and Confidentiality Agreement as a scanned PDF by email to AUR.PDS.NNSW.Tenders@aurecongroup.com to obtain the complete Scope of Works documentation.
• Forward any questions relating to the tender via email to the Contact Officer / PDS Contractor at least seven (7) days prior to the tender close date.

Eligibility

• The Tenderer must complete and return the signed Disclaimer and Confidentiality Agreement.
