Rotunda Restoration Works at Pioneer Settlement, Swan Hill

Tender Details : Swan Hill Rural City Council invites suitably qualified and experienced contractors, preferably with heritage restoration experience, to undertake restoration works to the Roy Grounds Rotunda at the Pioneer Settlement in Swan Hill, Victoria. The successful contractor will be required to deliver the works in accordance with the endorsed Heritage Victoria documentation, permit conditions and Part B (Specification), Part C (General Conditions of Contract AS4000-2025) and Part D (Drawings and Supporting Information) of the tender documents. The objective of the project is to restore and conserve the heritage significance of the structure while maintaining its authenticity, character and long-term integrity. The Contract is expected to include all activities necessary to complete the works, from site establishment through to practical completion.
