The Federal Court of Australia (FCA Entity) is seeking to establish a panel of service providers for interpretation services and translation services. The standing offer arrangement will cover national delivery across ACT, NSW, VIC, SA, WA, QLD, NT, and TAS. Contracts under the Deed of Standing Offer will operate for an initial two-year period from 1 May 2027 to 30 April 2029. The arrangement includes one optional extension period of two years. Providers must be capable of delivering services both online and in person across Australia.

- National organisational presence
- Limit tender responses to 15 pages, not including pricing schedule or plans (pages exceeding this limit will be set aside from consideration)
- Compliance with matters addressed in D.B.4.2 of the Commonwealth DoSO ATM Terms

- Submission of a completed Annex B - Deed of Confidentiality (mandatory condition for participation; failure to provide will result in exclusion)
