Tender Details : The Council is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and capable contractors for the Electrification of WaterMarc and 1 Flintoff Offices at 1 Flintoff Street, Greensborough VIC 3088. The scope of works generally includes but is not limited to construction activities involving: • Mobilisation and site establishment. • Set out of works. • All works as per design drawings and specification. • Decommissioning of redundant equipment. • Ensuring the works are undertaken safely and in accordance with all Council and statutory safety requirements. • The site will remain open to the public and users for the duration of the constructions works. The contractor is to schedule the works to provide minimal disturbance and shutdowns by completing work outside of business hours and over the weekend where necessary. • Supply and installation of air source heat pumps. • Supply and installation of thermal storage tanks.
