RFQ - Motor Vehicle Replacement

Tender Details : Request for Quotations (RFQ) are invited from interested motor vehicle suppliers and will be received until 4.00pm Thursday 24 September 2026 for the replacement of motor vehicles as listed in the attachment of this RFQ. Oberon Council is seeking replacement pricing for the motor vehicles of similar or like capacity and including various model options. e.g. 4WD/AWD. Please note the nominated inclusions for each vehicle must also be clearly itemised in your submission/s including whether GST is applicable or not. There will be an inspection day for the trade-ins on Friday 11 September at the Oberon Council works depot, 11-13 Albion St from 9.00am to 12.00 noon. All submissions must have purchase and trade-ins on separate documents. Purchase and Trade-ins submitted in the one document are not preferred.
