The Department of Energy, Environment and Climate Action (DEECA) is issuing a Request for Tender for the provision of state-wide Groundwater Monitoring Services in Victoria. The procurement is intended to support the ongoing collection of consistent and accurate groundwater data across the state. DEECA is procuring and managing the monitoring services, contract, and data on behalf of the Regional Water Monitoring Partnership (RWMP). This partnership includes DEECA and up to eight participating organisations, comprising rural and urban water corporations and the EPA. Engaged suppliers will support effective water resource management and initiatives transitioning Victoria to a low-emissions economy while protecting natural resources.

• Provision of state-wide Groundwater Monitoring Services to support the ongoing collection of consistent and accurate groundwater data.
• All questions and/or requests during the RFT open period must be submitted through the Buying for Victoria portal only.
• Requests for invitation to the tender briefing must be sent by email listed in the RFT Part A.
