Victoria Legal Aid (VLA) is issuing a Request for Tender for the provision of Employee Assistance Program/s (EAP). VLA operates out of 16 offices across Victoria, including Melbourne CBD (Naarm), five metropolitan Melbourne locations, and nine regional offices, as well as delivering services at courts, tribunals, and health services. The procurement seeks EAP provider/s to support personnel delivering legal assistance, advocacy, and allied professional services. The scope covers supports delivered both in-person across all VLA sites and via virtual support solutions.
