Tender Details : • Remove and dispose of the existing balcony handrails and non-compliant horizontal balustrade systems • Supply and install new compliant hot dip galvanised balustrade and handrail systems incorporating vertical balusters to all nominated balconies in accordance with the National Construction Code (NCC) and relevant Australian Standards. • Inspect existing balcony structures, including joists, bearers, decking, steelwork, fixings and supporting members, for deterioration or structural defects prior to installation of the new balustrade system. • Replace or rectify any deteriorated or defective structural members identified during construction where required to facilitate a compliant installation.
