Tender Details : Palm Island Aboriginal Shire Council (Council) is seeking to engage a suitably qualified, experienced and appropriately licensed Principal Contractor to undertake the construction of the Palm Island Indigenous and Arts Installation Precinct (Cultural Walk) on the Palm Island foreshore. The procurement is principally construct-only, based on the design and technical documentation issued with this Invitation to Tender. The Contractor will be responsible for the complete construction, coordination, commissioning, certification and handover of the Works, including all labour, plant, materials, supervision, subcontractors, logistics and incidental activities necessary to complete the Works in accordance with the Contract Documents.
