Parks Victoria is seeking to engage a Design and Construct (D&C) Contractor to deliver services for the design, fabrication, and installation of a staff accommodation modular building at the Parks Victoria Omeo Depot. This project is being delivered under Contract Number PAT-2526-5429 as part of the Staff Accommodation Upgrades Program (SAUP). The appointed contractor will be responsible for detailed design, prefabrication, site preparation, building permits, demolition, asbestos removal, and modular installation. Scope also encompasses Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment (FFE), a new chemical store, car parking and lighting upgrades, civil drainage, and utility service connections. Electrical investigations, existing infrastructure assessment, and AusNet liaison are excluded from this scope.

• Modular building fit-out and Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment (FFE)
• Demolition and asbestos removal
• New chemical store and dangerous goods equipment
• Site preparation and crane laydown areas
• Obtaining building permits
• Car parking and lighting upgrades
• Water, wastewater, telecommunications connections, and stormwater/civil drainage
• Internal electrical works and construction works (only) for external electrical connection and/or upgrades as required
• Work collaboratively with Parks Victoria and Parks Victoria's engaged consultants
