Summary of the published description

Metro North Health is expanding and refurbishing the Transit Lounge at The Prince Charles Hospital (TPCH) and the Discharge Transit Centre at the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital (RBWH) to improve patient flow, support timely discharge, and provide permanent, contemporary facilities. The projects will increase TPCH’s capacity from 16 to 24 treatment spaces and RBWH’s capacity from 29 to a minimum of 46 treatment spaces. Metro North Health seeks to engage a suitably qualified and experienced construction Tenderer/s to deliver the projects in accordance with approved design documentation, project requirements, and applicable statutory and healthcare standards.
