MCKINLAY SHIRE COUNCIL REQUEST FOR TENDER YARD MAINTENANCE SERVICES

Tender Details : McKinlay Shire Council (‘Council’) invites tenders from suitably qualified tenderers for the provision of lawn mowing and associated yard maintenance services for Council properties on a fixed service schedules. This tender is for a fixed schedule of lawn mowing services at nominated Council properties and other specified locations. Tenderers are required to submit pricing and information for the services described in the Scope and Response Schedules. During the Term, Council may also request additional lawn mowing, yard maintenance or related works by mutual agreement between Council and the successful Tenderer. Council intends for the contract to commence on 1 November 2026 and end on 30 October 2027 (‘Term’). The Principal may extend the Term, at its discretion, for a further 12 months by giving written notice to the successful Tenderer.
