Tender Details Livingstone Shire Council is seeking proposals from suitably qualified and experienced organisations to provide a commercial solution for the financing, design, approval, construction, commissioning, operation and maintenance of a Landfill Gas (LFG) Capture and Flaring System at the Yeppoon Landfill. The proposed solution must safely capture and control landfill gas, provide reliable flaring infrastructure, meet applicable environmental and regulatory requirements, and accommodate potential future landfill gas-to-energy or cogeneration opportunities. Council is seeking a commercial partnership model under which the successful Respondent will be responsible for the delivery and ongoing operation of the system, including all labour, plant, equipment, approvals, monitoring, reporting, maintenance and associated services necessary to achieve the required performance outcomes. Respondents may also propose innovative approaches that improve environmental, operational or commercial outcomes for Council.
