Tender Details : The Contractor shall provide all labour, plant, equipment and supervision necessary to complete the Works safely and compliantly. The Contractor shall undertake routine and ad hoc land maintenance activities including: • Routine slashing, mowing and brush-cutting of access tracks and infrastructure (existing built assets and operational surrounds) areas • Weed control including herbicide application • Minor vegetation management (tree & brush trimming/pruning) on access roads and tracks • Removal of debris and obstructions • Fireline maintenance including, slashing, vegetation removal and hazardous tree removal. • Reactive works following weather, growth or other impacting events • Minor maintenance of fencing and gates where minor defects are observed during works. • Ad hoc maintenance activities able to be completed with available equipment (e.g. minor gate / padlock maintena...
