Description
Tender Details : Sunshine Coast Council has engaged a specialist design team to prepare the design and construction documentation for Stages 1 to 4 of the Kawana Aquatic Centre Redevelopment. With Stages 1 and 2 now complete, Council is seeking submissions from suitably qualified Principal Contractors to undertake the Kawana Aquatic Centre Redevelopment – Construction Stage 3 works. Stage 3 of the redevelopment will involve the resurfacing of the existing 25-metre pool, construction of a new storage facility, and upgrades to the centre's mechanical and electrical infrastructure.
