Tender Details : Sunshine Coast Council (Council) is seeking to engage an experienced and appropriately qualified Principal Contractor to design and construct a new Sports House within the Sunshine Coast Stadium, located at 31 Sportsmans Parade, Bokarina. The scope of work includes electrical enabling works, demolition of the existing building, and the design and construction of a new Sports House on largely the same footprint. Design Works will include, but not be limited to: • Preliminary Design; • Detailed Design; • Council Review meetings; • All approvals, and permits; Construction Works will include, but not be limited to: • Enabling works comprising electrical infrastructure amendments; • Demolition of the existing Sports House; • Construction of a new Sports House; • Civil works as required to adjust levels; • Full remediation of the demolition site; • Landscape and full remed...
