Tender Details : The Eddie De Vere Building is one of Sunshine Coast Council’s office facilities and currently accommodates approximately 200 SCC staff across the ground floor, mezzanine, Level 1, and Level 2. Level 3 has been deactivated for an extended period due to water infiltration issues. Stage 1 of this project involves a comprehensive review and repair of the roof membrane and external glazing across the building. These works are close to being completed and are a prerequisite to enabling the safe re-occupation of Level 3. The intention of this project is to reactivate Level 3 and fully utilise the asset, thereby maximising the overall capacity and functionality of the building.
