Stated requirements

• All contractors visiting GVW sites must comply with the 'long and long policy' by wearing long sleeve shirts, long trousers, hats, HI VIS vests or alike, and foot protection.
• Tenderers must understand and action the Tender Booklet Annexure B Particulars, completing all Required Returnable Tender Schedules aligned to mandatory and weighted evaluation criteria.
• Bids will be assessed against Weighted Evaluation Criteria: Value for Money - Price (20%), Value for Money - Delivery ability and approach (25%), Past Performance (25%), Local Jobs First: Industry Development (10%), Local Jobs First: Job Outcomes (10%), and SPF Building Equality Policy (BEP) (10%).
• Tenderers must submit their company's intent to attend the site inspection, including names of proposed attendees, via email prior to the inspection.

Eligibility

• Compulsory attendance at the site visit and tender briefing session is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
• Third party certified safety system (e.g. AS/NZS 4801:2018 / Compliance with 3rd Party Accredited OHS Management System) for contractors tendering for work totaling $100k or more.
• Satisfactory Supplier Code of Conduct Checks, Insurance and Financial checks.
• Demonstrated Environmental, OHS, and Quality Management Systems.
• Demonstrated Industrial Relations Management compliance.
• Fair Jobs Code Pre-Assessment Certificate.
• Fair Jobs Code Plan (mandatory for contracts valued at ≥$20M + GST).
