Tender Details : Forward Procurement Notice #1 Toowoomba Regional Council - Southern Water Treatment Plant Project – Design and Construction Contractor Toowoomba Regional Council (Council) is providing advance notice of its intention to approach the open market to engage a suitably qualified and experienced Design and Construct (D&C) contractor to support the delivery of the main works for the Southern Water Treatment Plant Project (Project).
