Melbourne Arts Precinct Corporation (MAP Co) is seeking responses to this Request for Tender for the provision of Fire Maintenance Services in Victoria. The scope of procurement covers fire protection (50%) and fire services (50%). This tender is being released concurrently with a separate Request for Tender for Electrical Maintenance Services. While submissions will be evaluated independently, MAP Co encourages suppliers capable of delivering both services to consider submitting proposals for both contracts.

Stated requirements

• Provision of Fire Maintenance Services covering Fire protection (50%) and Fire services (50%)
• Capability to deliver fire maintenance services, with respondents encouraged to submit proposals for concurrent electrical maintenance services if capable

Eligibility

• Attendance at the Mandatory Site Briefing and Tour at Fed Square site is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid (shortlisted suppliers will be contacted to attend)
• A site visit is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid
