The Department of Energy, Environment and Climate Action (DEECA) is seeking suitably qualified suppliers for the provision of servicing, repair, maintenance, and emergency support services for its firefighting and land management fleet across Victoria. The procurement encompasses a broad range of fleet assets including firefighting appliances, plant, trucks, trailers, and associated equipment supporting emergency operations, bushfire response, planned burning, and land management activities. DEECA intends to establish two pathways: an Open Panel and a Supplier Register. The Supplier Register serves as the default pathway for most suppliers, including regional and specialist providers, whereas the Open Panel is designed for higher-volume, repeat, or operationally critical work. Suppliers may apply for one or more service categories based on their capability, experience, and geographic coverage.
