FIN-2025-26-00788: Procurement of Secure Commercial-off-the-Shelf Claims Management and Insurance Solution

Comcover is the Australian Government's self-managed insurance fund. It provides cover for insurable risks as well as insurance and risk management services Fund Members with broad responsibilities and functions. Comcover's claims management services ensure that a coordinated and uniform approach is taken to the management of claims against the Australian Government. In order to provide these services, Comcover requires a number of outsourced arrangements with suppliers providing legal services, motor vehicle repair services, loss assessing services, and system provider(s) to support Comcover’s business operation. The Department of Finance (Finance) is seeking the services of a suitability experienced provider to implement, supply, support and a modern, secure, and scalable commercial-off-the-shelf claims management solution to support the end-to-end Comcover claims lifecycle. The solution must enable Finance, Comcover and key stakeholders to manage claims efficiently, consistently and securely. Finance is seeking a solution that is software-as-a-service ('SaaS') and supports claim intake, lodgement, assessment, decision-making, approvals, payments, recoveries, closure, reporting and related operational processes.
