Melbourne Water is seeking tenders for the renewal of its Field Services Panel (FSP) to support its Natural Resource Management, Waterways, and Drainage operations. The panel covers core operational field services across the greater Melbourne area, encompassing thirteen service categories such as vegetation management, desilting, drainage repairs, asset inspection, and arboriculture. This procurement aims to renew the existing panel arrangement established in October 2022, which reaches the end of its contractual term in September 2027. Qualified suppliers registered on the panel will compete for specific project work packages as required.

Stated requirements

• Demonstrate necessary capability and experience and meet required standards to be listed under one or more service categories (Vegetation Management, Desilting, Grass Maintenance, Pollution, Eduction, and Jetting, Large Woody Weed Management, Pest Control, Asset Inspection and Condition Assessment (Civil), Drainage Repairs, Large Debris Removal, Litter Collection, Fencing, Fire Break Maintenance, Arboriculture)
• Deliver projects in an environmentally sensitive manner and in compliance with Melbourne Water’s standards for safety, quality, and performance
• Compete for work under registered categories to deliver specific projects as required
